Becky and Andy are the cutest.
Not only is she one of the most organized brides I’ve come across, Becky is just the sweetest girl who took my breath away when I saw her on her wedding day. And Andy? Well, he told me he didn’t need his vows written down, he was going to memorise them. I told him I’d have them there for him just in case but do you know what? He didn’t need them. He stared right into his bride’s eyes and spoke from the heart. I almost melted! There wasn’t a dry eye in the… er, ceremony venue!
Venue: Sudbury, Peka Peka
Photographer: Richard Brimer
Highlight: As I’ve already mentioned – seeing and hearing Andy say his vows that he had memorised was so dang impressive and romantic. I think even Becky was taken aback! Also, Cyclone Lusi was supposed to hit the country that day, and we were a bit worried about it... but nope, no cyclone here folks! In fact, it was rather warm!
Lowlight: Having to turn down that glass of wine they offered me at the end of the ceremony… I would have loved it, but I was seven weeks pregnant at the time!
When I first started looking for a celebrant it was a bit daunting.
I have to admit I was slightly fussy - they needed to have great dress style and wear no 'big hats or fascinators' - just to name a couple!
However you ticked all our boxes!
After reading your wedding blogs, I knew that you were just what we were after.
You were so easy going and made everything such a breeze for us.
It was a huge help finding a celebrant who would customise a ceremony just for us, and even better we didn't need to do a thing except for our vows (which you still offered to write).
Our ceremony was lovely and special, something we will truly cherish forever. Once again Greer, thank you!
We would highly recommend you to anybody getting hitched. :)
